The agreement governing your use of AgenticReady.
By using AgenticReady you agree to our Master Services Agreement, recurring-payment terms, third-party & AI-platform disclaimer and limitation of liability.
These are presented in full and accepted digitally before payment.
Payment plans
Where a payment plan is offered (Get Found: 2 monthly payments; Agentic Ready™: 3 monthly payments), installments are charged automatically on the agreed schedule. If an installment fails, work pauses until the installment is paid. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
AI Readiness Blueprint credit
The $497 AI Readiness Blueprint is credited 100% toward any plan purchased within 30 days of the Blueprint purchase date. The credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and expires after 30 days.
Annual monitoring
Annual monitoring is billed once per year at the published annual price (equivalent to 2 months free). Refunds for annual monitoring cancelled mid-term are prorated as follows: [LANRE TO CONFIRM — prorated refund policy for annual monitoring].
